On July 9, 2019, ACOR in cooperation with SCHEP, the PDTRA, and the DOA, organized a study day on the Temple of the Winged Lions (TWL) at Al-Hussein Bin Talal University’s Petra College for Tourism and Archaeology. Over 50 employees of the PDTRA, local and international students, and other stakeholders attended the event. The audience heard from a variety of experts on the history of excavations at the site, community archaeology, interactive tourism and awareness programs, and more.
